We are especially proud of our interferometers. Our Zygo Mark III-6 inch, Zygo Mark IV-18 inch, and Zygo GPI-XP-12 inch (full automatic feed) interferometers are all operated under super air conditioned clean room conditions. Our Moeller-Wedel Goniometer I is available for the world's highest accuracy refractive index measurements.
